According to several of the perfect ladies on the Oct 11 baby board, Allison (as well as anyone else who has ever registered for a baby of wedding) is gift grabby and tacky because she made a registry for her baby. Allison also apparently can't afford her child because she is asking others to buy things for her baby.
Allison just loves snotty, better than everyonel *hores! Allison hopes everyone on here got her letter in the mail directing them to her registry and demanding that they buy a gift for her baby.

Kat is very confused by Allison's birthmonth board's bias toward a baby shower. HTF is one supposed to buy a new mom stuff if they do not know what to buy???
Kat is attending a baby shower on Saturday and will finally be able to show off her mad ETSY skillz next week (JIC the new mom is a TB lurker!) She will also be going shopping on Fri night with her BFFs to get the new mom some last minute additions to her gift from Babies r Us... and shopping off new mom's REGISTRY...
Call me Kat =^..^=
Apparently, soon to be mom's should request any gifts be donated to a local shelter rather than being a greedy b*tch and keeping the gifts!
Allison is baffled by the number of people who called registries tacky and insuated that registering means the mom to be is asking for gifts. Allison would much rather shop off a registry than have to pick out something on her own.

Kat agrees.

Eva loves registries. How else is Eva supposed to know what to buy. Especially ones for babies. Eva has no kids, She have no clue what they need or what would be useful.
Eva thinks the girls on that board don't have anyone that cares enough about them to buy them cute baby/wedding gifts so they are bitter.
Eva is wishing today would go by faster.
Faith is SHOCKED that expectant moms are ranting about registries! She suspects that these same ladies will be b!tching when they get duplicates of things or only receive clothes and no baby gear.
Faith also wants Alison to feel free to ask her any registry questions.
Allison will be sending Faith a fb message momentarily!

Julie thinks the October 2011 board ladies are off their rockers! Must be those pregnancy hormones. Julie agrees with the registry for all the above reasons stated. Julie thinks that 50 towels and no crib sheets could be pretty useless.
Julie is also willing to offer any registry assistance if needed. Julie found it INCREDIBLY overwhelming when she registered because she had no clue what she actually needed!

Holly agrees with Hayley and thinks everyone should also have an Amazon wish list as their personal gift registry. It would make birthdays and Christmas so much easier!

In Allison's family everyone has an amazon wish list for Christmas. Holy moly does this make Christmas shopping SO much easier. Allison can pick out everything at once, have it shipped to the indiviual addresses, and as a bonus never has to set foot in a mall. SCORE! Allison must come from a family of tacky, classless people!!
hayley thinks in the case of BFFs, off the registry is awesome...cuz it will be a present she'll always remember is from YOU!
now aunt rita who hasn't been up on the latest and greatest in baby land...definitely needs to be a registry shopper
