I would have loved to give you those pork loin slices, however I can't. Last Sunday we had flooding in our basement. We assumed that since the lights (power and temp control) were still on, that the freezer was fine. As it's in the basement we keep what we plan on using soon upstairs. I went to grab something out of it today for the first time since last Sunday. Everything was melted and warm. I cannot believe we didn't check it...
Anyways, no pork loin slices to share. I'm sorry.
