New, Looking for a couple recs. (carpet & duct cleaning)
Hello MN Nesties! I just thought I'd pop in and say hi. Not sure what to say about myself. (These are always awkward for me). Maybe just asking my quesiton would be a good place to start.
My H and I just bought our first home and we need to get the carpets (Stained mostly, but there is a little odor-pet & smoke) and ducts cleaned. What companies have people used and would recommend, or not? I know Zerorez is pretty popular right now, are there any others?
Re: New, Looking for a couple recs. (carpet & duct cleaning)
We've used Aspen Air for duct cleaning on both our house and rental unit. They also installed our furnace/AC units last fall. I thought they did great work on everything so far, would highly recommend checking them out.
For carpets, we've used Stanley Steemer on both houses (got STeals deals). They got almost every stain out of our basement carpet, which was amazing because we have no idea how long they had been there. I thought they did great work...however, a few months later, I started getting solicitor phone calls. I did some googling and found out they give information to a 3rd party company. I was super disappointed...needless to say, I wrote a letter to SS and will be going elsewhere in the future.
