I went camping last week and have a few bug bites. However, there is one particular bug bites that itches LIKE CRAZY. Anyone have any home remedies to make this stop? I seriously can focus on anything else.

Do you know what kind of bite it is?
If it is a chigger bite, the reason it itches so bad is that the critter is still inside of you and you have to do special things to it (Chiggarid is your friend).
If not, the best thing for me has always been Benadryl gel from the fridge.

I hear ya...I have mosquito bites all over my feet from this weekend and I too, can almost not even focus on anything else. I've tried Benedryl gel and toothpaste, but so far nothing. I'm thinking of running to CVS at lunch to see if there's anything there that could help. Calamine lotion maybe?
Pharmacy stuff: There is a generic cortisone cream/gel (either one) that works wonders. Or I just use that Blue Goo stuff for sunburns.
Home remedy: A baking soda paste. Leave it on till it dries and the wipe it off with a cotton swab dipped in vinegar. It does that crazy bubble thing, but the vinegar is a drying agent and works.
Sorry to disappear for so long, I actually went to the gym for once (we joined PF, yay!).
Anyway, it doesn't look like a normal bug bite. It's almost looks like a zit that's ready to pop, but is hard, red, and really really itches. Thanks for all the suggestions! I'm going to try some of your home remedies before buying anything.
Sounds like a chigger.

Drug store, grocery store, etc. I'd call before I went to see if they have it.
