Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

online bill pay wtf

When I was on maternity leave, I set up online bill pay for everything because I knew I would be overwhelmed when I started back to work.

My auto insurance never sent me a bill and didn't take the payment out of my account. WTF? I went online and paid it, but I am so frustrated.

  • Ew.  I'm sorry.  Our electric company changed their payment system so they only do automatic payments online, and now our payment may be late because my husband logged in to pay and made this discovery.  I'm annoyed too, they should send emails about this kind of stuff.

  • That happened to me once.  Our bank automatically assumed that since we used the bill pay thing we wanted e-bills, except they didn't have my email address and it resulted in me not paying our electric bill for 3 months (because if I don't see it, it doesn't exist).  Whoops!
