Re: why I can't have nice things....

  • exactly the kind of thing that happens to me all the time. i don't bother buying white shirts unless they are being worn under something. i should keep a tide pen in my bag.

  • After this happening to me one too many times, I started keeping a Tide pen in my work bag. It's come in handy several times!

I tried it once but I didn't like the ring around the stain that it left -- perhaps I was using it wrong? Clearly if I am going to keep eating cherries and wearing khakis, I need to find a solution.

It's not perfect, but I figure it's better than walking around with a stain on my shirt, and then I also don't have to worry about whether the stain will come out a few days later when I get around to doing laundry.

  • I've dropped and broken about five glass items over the last week.  Tired of cleaning up broken glass.  Thankfully, it is our daily stuff so nothing too expensive, but it gets exhausting!

That is normal, but the ring should come out in the wash.

Alternatively, you can use Shout wipes, I have found that those do not leave a ring.

  • Oh man!

I usually do the same thing with chocolate.  Some how it just gets everywhere and I find chocolate marks on my pants or shirt.
