Big News!
We are buying a new house!! EEK!! I'm so unbelievable overwhelmed and excited! This has all happened so fast - we first looked at the house (in person, I had been stalking pictures of it since it went online last week) on Tuesday, made an offer Tuesday night because we knew it was priced to sell and there were some other people coming through to look at it soon and we got a counter yesterday and we accepted!! AHHHH!!!!
Our closing date is August 31 and I'm just so gosh darn excited! The only bad part is DH and I decided we can't take our little anniversary trip now which is a little disappointing but I think I will survive!! I just can't believe we are finally going to get a new house!!

We just started looking at houses... I wish our experience would be as smooth as yours lol!
Love that! See we own the house we live in now, but DH bought it when he was a bachelor so this is my 1st house buying experience.
We're going over there today for osme stuff so I'm going to take tons more pictures and I'll definitely post some!
