TGIF
TGIF friends! I am anxiously waiting for all of you westward to wake up. I have already been to yoga and had lunch. Any fun plans for the day/weekend? I need to clean up around here so that I can relax this weekend with DH but no solid plans for what to do.

I start my job today yay! I think this weekend we are just going to hang around the house. Do some cleaning and organizing.
The Dogs and Us
Yay Friday! I'm eating lunch right now (I think you're an hour ahead of me!) and just going to finish work, it's my last day! Yay for moving soon.
This weekend will just be boring, per usual. Going to clean and get DH new tires and an oil change so we can sell his UK car.
Thank goodness! I think tonight we are just going to be here at home and hang out. And try not to die of heat! Tomorrow morning we are going with our friends and their little girl to the farmer's market. They just moved into the area and we have known them for years and so we have been having so much fun showing them around! Then tomorrow afternoon my Dad and his new "friend" are bringing me my picnic table for the patio and taking us to lunch or dinner. He didn't ask if I was okay with meeting her yet and just told me she was coming. E told me that he thinks if I meet her that it might be easier for me to accept so I'm not planning on telling my Dad that I'm not ready to meet her.
Then Sunday I get to go hold my "nephew" so I'm super excited! He is so precious and little so I can't wait!
My couch is getting delivered today! We've had camping furniture in our media room for the last few months, so I'm super excited for a comfy lounging spot.
It doesn't feel like Friday. These four day weeks mess me up.

They asked DH to go in and work late tonight. So we're watching TV right now, and I'll be watching girly movies alone tonight. I'm not sure whats going to happen the rest of the weekend. We will probably just hang out here and spend time together. DH has a training coming up soon.
This week has actually flown by for me which has been nice. Probably because H is leaving soon so the time always seems to go much faster leading up to it.
H has duty tonight so I might go rent a chick flick or try and find one OnDemand, and possibly take the dog for a walk if it's not raining later. Big Friday night plans over here, try not to be jealous.
Not a good start to the weekend for me.
Yesterday I managed to lock myself out of my house. I called my sister (who has the spare key) and she came over, unlocked it and gave me the extra. This morning in my hurry to get to work in time, I locked both sets of house keys inside. After I got off I had to call a locksmith to open the door. Then came the bill. $140 bucks?! My eyes about popped out of my head. Who knew lock-picking was so expensive?
Now I'm sulking because I basically just wasted my fun money for the month. I'm still going out to dinner with a friend tonight because I already made plans, but I won't get to do the desperately needed wardrobe update until next month.
