I have a lot going on. I'm on bedrest (pregnancy) and trying to deal with work, trying to buy a home and normal life. I just got an email from my agent and he called me complicated! First off A$$hole I am on bed rest for a flipping reason. Second, it is not my fault that my FI has to work and do not have a day off until Tuesday. You flipping idiot he took time off last week while I was in the hospital. Why am I doing your work, you gave me all your crappy listings and keep pushing me to look at your homes. Then why did you ask me my must haves. I tell you I need a 4/2/2 why in the he!! do you send me your listings of a 3/1/2. Did that match up??????? Of course not and if you are going to wait 3-4 days to get back to me on homes that I look at then why are you even working. What part of I would like to move out of my rental by end of August to mid Sept DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND????? Also I am not a realtor don't get pissy with me when you finally answer my question I intern have more questions (asking what short sale is or home not meeting FHA guidelines) sorry dipstick I work for a foster care/adoption agency. If you would just explain it better the first time instead of thinking I know everything you wouldn't get another email with me asking you to explain. Right now I don't need you stressing me out...I'm already there!
***pissed that I am now crying
Thanks for letting me vent

This!!!! I have a WONDERFUL Realtor if you need a need one.
Sorry you are having to deal with all that!
I'm with Harmony. The fact that you even had to write this makes me mad for you.
There are better realtors out there; a couple on this board (bpaullo = fab) fyi
Don't let him stress you out.

Absolutely get rid of him. They are not suppose to be showing only their own listings, that's BS. He basically is trying to get twice the commission since the listing agent gets a % and the selling agent get a %. He's trying to get it all.
Have you been able to get answers to your questions? if not, some of on here would be able to answer you as well as on the "Buying a Home" board. Unfortunately, some realtors don't know the answers and some even make them up.
This is pretty good at explaining what a short sale is.

I'm not quite sure about your FHA question. Is the home not listed as FHA approved or does it not meet FHA approval during appraisal? I couldn't find out why it would not be FHA approved period, but if it was said during appraisal, then there is just certain work that needs done to meet their standards. Once those items are complete, the loan is approved.
If I may, one book that help DH and I immensely and answers pretty much every question you could have is "Home Buying For Dummyies" It's a pretty easy read and great reference. Our realtor was so impressed when we were buying that she took the book to her one meeting and suggested others recommend it to their clients. it made the job easier on her and it gave us knowledge that made the whole process less grueling.
