As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

brita rave

A few weeks ago we were talking about brita filters and such. My brita filter light would not reset itself last week-- so I called Brita (per what I saw on their site) and they mailed me a whole new faucet attachment for free. I received it today and it came with a coupon for a free Nalgene bottle! So I just ordered my nalgene bottle... I needed a new one anyway.

I'm very impressed with their customer service (and I'm not one to ever return a broken product ever).

    That is fantastic. Good cs makes such a difference.

    I've bought bibs before from an Etsy seller that everyone on TB raves about. And the bibs really are FANTASTIC. I probably have 15 of them (at $5 a pop). But the seller has done/said a few off-putting things, and they bug me enough that I don't think I would ever purchase from her again, despite the fact that I love her products.
