summer colds
Aren't they the worst?! I've been really sick all week which sucked especially bad since it was such a BUSY week at work. Anyone else have this plague? What otc meds work the best for you?

Ugh, they really are. I had one a couple weeks ago and had to throw a Father's day BBQ when it was bad. Not to mention trying to take care of an infant when I feel like total poo! Poor H caught it, too.
I am BFing so didn't want to take any decongestants (they can mess with milk supply). I used the neti pot twice a day which is totally amazing, plus Afrin when the congestion was at its worst and one Benadryl before bed to help me sleep. And plain Tylenol for the sinus headaches.
