Freezer meal ideas, please

So, I'm having hip surgery on Thursday. Crutches are going make getting around in the kitchen a PITA for a couple of weeks, so I would love your recommendations for good freezer meals. So far I've got some broccoli cheese soup, taco soup, spaghetti sauce, and chicken burritos prepped and frozen. DH is pretty inept in the kitchen, but he is excellent at turning on the oven and microwave Wink I think we've got friends bringing us a couple of dinners, so I probably only need to make two more meals.

    My DH isn't much of a cook either ;). The freezer meals I made for when LO arrives are chicken enchiladas, 2 meatloafs, hamburgers (seasoned and prepped the patties), lasagna, and shredded BBQ brisket. I planned on making Bri's ziti but slacked off and didn't get to it.

    You can marinade chicken in the freezer--just mix the marinade (skip anything citrus or it might get too strong...add that at the end) and chicken in the freezer bag and freeze. It marinates while it thaws.

    In my freezer right now I have a while bean cassoulet, baked potato soup, and fajita filling (cooked, seasoned beef, peppers, and onions).
