Have you heard of ramen noodle salad?
I posted something about ramen noodle salad on the cooking board and nobody knew what I was talking about. Since there's a ton of recipes online, it made me wonder if it's an East Coast thing or something. Have you heard of it?
It's a cold salad made with crunched up sauteed ramen noodles, cabbage and carrots, with a dressing made from vinegar and oil. Anyway, I'm looking for a good recipe that is not drowning in oil (many of them seem to call for a minimum of half cup of oil, which is ridiculous).
My favorite place on earth: The Amargosa Valley.
