What's your stuff zucchini recipe again?

Just slice zucchini length wise in half. Scoop out some of the seeds.
Brown ground beef or turkey (the recipe actually came off the package of Jennie O ground Italian turkey), add onions and peppers if you want. Scoop into the zucchini boats.
Top with marinara sauce (or sauce of your choice) and cheese.
Bake for maybe 25-30 minutes.
