Just read your update. I'm so glad that everything is good! And that's awesome that your ovaries are doing what they should. Pcos is so weird and unpredictable! When I got pregnant with Grier, the tech told me she wasn't sure how I got pregnant. I could pick out my ovaries on the screen because the 'string of pearls' was so apparent. Here's to maybe making a baby the old fashioned way! Lol!

Ha-I know! It was so weird to see my ovaries looking 'normal' without meds! I'm taking Vitex the first 14days so we'll see if that helps. If anything, I'm crossing my fingers and saying my prayers that maybe this means we won't have to do IVF, just Femara or something when we do actively start trying!
I'm also wondering if the low-carb diet is helping...I've only lost 3lbs but I can tell it's helping with my pco.
