How I Hate...

T mobile!!! DH kept trying to call me and my stupid phone kept dropping the calls, that is of course if it rang. He told me the call went through and was upset because I wasn't answering... I didn't even know he was calling till I had an alert that there was a new voice mail. Its a good thing hes persistent or else I would have talked to him between the mother F'in dropped calls. Oh I also just received a few other voice mails from a week ago. POS, I'm not renewing my contract when its up. I half way tempted to drive to the local tmobil store and throw the stupid phone at them and break my contract.

I am not a happy camper rite now. Angry

Re: How I Hate...

  • I had poor service with T-Mobile where I lived in college. I called them, gave them the zip code (I also had to show proof I lived there), and because it was in a poor signal strength area, they waived the termination fee, and I got Verizon.

Best and easiest customer service ever, and I really miss that about T-Mobile. If I could put Verizon's coverage with T-Mobile's customer service, I would in a heartbeat.

I've seen a lot of military surprise homecomings. It wouldn't work on me. I always have my back to the corner and my face to the door. Looking for terrorists, criminals, various other threats, and husbands.
  • The only reason I'm with Tmobile is because of their customer service, but I hate their phones. My last one would just randomly turn off even in the middle of conversations, the one I have now wont even ring half the time and drops calls even if I have full service. Their phones crap out after 6 or 8 months then your stuck with the same phone till the end of the 2 year contract unless I'm willing to pay at least $200 for a new phone thats going to crap out on me a few months later.

  • We've had opposite experiences with customer service with Tmobile. They have been THE biggest pain to deal with. That along with no service and dropped calls we just switched to Verizon.

  • I love their customer service and rates, and I haven't had issues with dropped calls, any more than with any other carrier (they all have issues with sucking).

  •  I heard T mobile was bad with service.  Good luck.  I hate Verizon because they are so rude and expensive but they have the best service so we just stay with them..
