F/U splashdown beach
For anyone (like me) who hasn't been there in years, its so much different than it was. We all had a ton of fun (including K!). I was concerned that there wasn't much for her to do there, but she went down a few of the smaller slides with A, went into the wading pool, and they just opened a brand new Bob the Builder splash works which was a bunch of sprinkers, etc.
For older kids, they all looked like they were having a blast.
FWIW, the lifeguards looked like they were actually doing their jobs well.
It was kind of expensive, it cost the 3 of us 50-something to get in - for the LO under 2 instead of paying, you have to buy a reusable swim diaper for like 8.50 (and then every other admission is free). But it was fun.
