You make me want to get a fancy camera! Of which I know nothing.

What do you suggest?

I have a point and shoot now.

    I have a cannon rebel XS D1000 from walmart and I am in love with it :) it comes with a 18-55 lens for portraits and it is more than enough to take pictures of Wyatt

    I also have the Canon Rebel but I think it is the T1i (Matt bought and he thinks that is the model he got). I love it. We take SO many pictures, seriously, we took like 1800 in June alone! It takes such great pictures. The battery life is amazing. I love that it takes pictures so quick. I think I brought the camera with me when I was down visiting you in February. Let me know if you have any other questions.

    A Nikon D60, easy to use and take fabulous pictures!!! It comes with the standard 18mm-55mm lens.

     Otherwise check out Ken Rockwell's website. He has some super helpful info on there and he is my go to website for camera info!

    Sony a33. It's very smilar to the canon rebel, but it has the same seed when shooting if you are looking through the LCD or viewfinder. Most DSLR cameras take a little longer to take the shoot with using the LCD pannel, but the a33 shoots at the same speed through the viewfinder and the LCD. We are LCD users, so that's the main thing that caught our attention.
