How was your weekend?
Hey ladies... Thought I'd give ya a bit of an update. So our house in POK is gone... closed on it two weeks ago. YAY! I cried the whole weekend we were there ... boo hoo! 
We are still living with my in laws..and still negotiating concessions with the house we are buying here. The central air is broken and its going to be 5,000 to fix it. We need them to fix it prior to us closing. So......we are waiting to hear back from them to see if they will fix it for us. Urgh... it's a pain because it's owned by the ARC (it was used as a group home). Since it is owned by NY state... they drag out EVERY stupid little detail.
The good news is that my in laws left on vacation for almost 3 weeks. YAY! So we have the whole house to ourselves! Hooray!!
I have had such a great weekend so far... My best friend from college stayed over all weekend, which was awesome. Today we all lounged around the house and then went swimming at Chris' uncle's house. Then I dropped Chris off at the new house we are buying because he has to repaint the garage as part of the requirements for our FHA mortgage. My friend left...and K has been sleeping for 2+ hours. I think the is the first time I have had some real alone time in forever! It's amazing! I have so far started laundry...eaten half a tub of hummus, watched 2 episodes of law and order and enjoyed my dunkin donuts iced coffee.
I'm also off tomorrow and Friday... It just keeps getting better and better!

Mine has been okay. I don't technically consider it to be over since I'm off on Mondays.
Did a lot of shopping for the impending doom that is Mini's birthday party but aside from that we just chilled at home. Got some sun and swam. What more can a girl ask for, huh? Oh, it would have been nice (in theory) if MH had been home doing these things with us but he was at work. And I tried to invite people over but I was rejected. LMFAO. More snacks and drinks for ME!
Enjoy all your time while the IL's are on vacation and I hope your house goes through in not too much longer!
Weekend was fun, lots of eating, shopping, and family time. Tomorrow B, myself, my niece, and parents are off to Seaside Heights for the day.

This weekend was horrible. Spent 3 days in the car driving the SD's back home to Oklahoma and then back home. Got home yesterday at 1:30ish and we ended up going to bed at around 7 lol.

My weekend was really good. My friends from Tulsa were in town. We went to NYC for a day, visited sites that I work at on Friday and got tattoos (not matching) then went out to a bar on Saturday and Sunday we had a big BBQ.
I dropped my friends off like 2 hours ago at the airport (no parking so I couldn't stay) and I'm sad. I really am. Not even gone a full day and I miss them already.
