What can you say this week??

My DH rocks this week because he is 100% behind me looking for jobs that aren't in our current location. His exact words were "apply for anything, anywhere". He then followed it up with "except Florida because it's too hot and the Dakotas and Montana because they are too boring". Haha Smile

SO rocks because:

He took me on an amazing camping trip to northern MI over the 4th
He remained calm and collected when his truck broke down 230 miles from home (something I'm not used to, and I appreciated it)
He brought over dinner to cook for me and B earlier this week because he knew I hadn't been grocery shopping yet
He sent me a really cute/sweet card in the mail the other day for no reason

And most importantly, SO rocks because he puts a smile on my face every single day and makes me feel appreciated and valued.

DH rocks because this morning when the alarm went off and we were just waking up he said "thank you" and I said "for what?" and he said, "for carrying our baby". It was mushy but cute. Then he told me he loved my "egg belly" because it is starting to get rounder on the bottom. Hah.

Dh found out I had been hiding the cleaning lady from him, and didn't get too upset and said she can stay:) Also he puts up with me scheduling us like crazy, we've been away the past few weekends, had dinner out the past two nights w/ friends and he is exhausted from his job

Not off the table. For some reason, though, DH has said he would not live in Boston. I never asked him to explain. I would probably have a hard time with the Red Sox being there, though. It's one of the only two teams that will actively root against. Wink

Well, it is Red Sox country...Boston is a great city and the suburbs are nice - there's a lot of variety and you also can really quickly be in Maine or VT or other areas where the landscape is totally different. You guys should make a visit and see.

Dude, even though the Sox are there, Boston is awesome! I loved it! Granted, I'm a super history geek, but still, it was fabulous even though it was cold/cloudy/rainy when we were there!

My DH rocks because he's been working so hard to get our office looking nice. The trim is all finished/painted/wood puttied and looking fab! Photos will come sometime in the next week.

Last night I got home and he'd set up the desktop again, put a shelf together and hung up some old photos of Colorado Springs we inherited from his grandparents house, and our diplomas! Only 6 years out of school and we're finally hanging them up!

My DH rocks because he's been really making an effort to help out more. Even if he did put toilet bowl cleaner in the dishwasher by mistake. It was good for a laugh.

He's also taking me to get a blizzard on my lunch break today.

DH rocks because he's him. It's just the way he is to be kind and always put others before himself and I love him for that. He's been working his butt off at work lately and I really appreciate it as he is providing for our family. I'm also proud that he's finally making a few small baby steps of progress on getting his thesis done.

I think DH rocks because he is trying so hard to get better. He is freaking out about spending so much money on testing (not approved by insurance) but I told him it doesn't matter.

He is finally ready to accept help outside of an MD and has agreed to see my nutritional DR. I just hope it helps him.

DH rocks because he's been taking care of me this week. He went out (on his own without me asking) this morning to buy me decaf black tea, lemon and honey. And then texted me a picture of it waiting for me when I get home from work

DH rocks because he is just an amazing father. It is so touching to see him with his daughter. He would do anything for her and will give anything up to be able to hug her and be with her. It melts my heart to see what a wonderful and loving father he is...and of course husband too. Gianna and I are trully blessed to have him in our lives!

He gave up the Phillies tickets for Sunday so we can stay home and hang out with my parents, who are down visiting for Patrick's birthday.

My DH rocks because he took time off this week to spend with my parents when they were in town and he is taking time to hang out with my brother too. He was a huge help with preparing meals all week and going on errands getting ready for Norah's birthday party.
