WWYD re: Power washing fence
A few months ago we had a contractor come out and extend our fence back to the property line. This contractor stated that we needed to power wash the rest of our fence and stain it. We live in a TH community. We are friendly with one set of neighbors, but not so much the other set. These people complain about everything, the most recent problem is us watering our grass, yes, they are complaining because are watering their lawn. 
Would you say something to the neighbors about power washing (obviously their grass is going to get wet), or would you just not say anything and let them figure it out?

Oh yes... I haven't even posted about what they did when we were on vacation. (or maybe I did) We had our sprinkler set on a timer, to go off at 6p.m. and 6 a.m. Our friends were coming over every few days to check up on the house, water hose, to make sure water wasn't leaking out. Well our neighbors decided to come over and turn our hose off. Well our friends fixed that, they put a lock on our fence.
DH figured he start on one side of the fence, because I'm sure the noisy b!tch will be outside before he even starts.
OMG. That takes some nerve. The only way I would do that is if my neighbors had their sprinklers pointed directly at my windows or something. They sound great.
I just told DH the other day that I'm ready to move. I think he may finally be on board with my ideas. Now we just need to do some a few home improvement projects to make this house seem awesome, because obviously the neighbors aren't.
