A green salad with grilled chicken. Now I'm eating watermelon.
I started my diet today: nothing but GMs for breakfast, salad or Slimfast, fruit, and veggies for lunch and snacks and a sensible dinner. And no tea or soda unless absolutely necessary. It will be interesting to see how long I can do it and if I see any results.

I had a CFA grilled chicken sandwich and side salad.
I had been letting myself eat what I want during the first 20 weeks and gained 15lbs which is on par with what I should be gaining overall ( 25-35 lbs) and my doctor is happy with my progress, but I want to try to make more sensible decisions from here forward.

I ate whatever I wanted when I was pregnant. I gained 7 lbs. in my fourth month. I gained 52 lbs. total. Needless to say, I do not advise this.

Stephie - Did you happen to go to the Body Pump launch this weekend? Oh my goodness...the new lunge track is 6 minutes long with no break... and there are 6 sets of clean and presses on the back track
I love love love sante fe rice and beans.
I had a clif bar, poor planning on my part.
Ugh, no (I had a facial). But thanks for the warning. I simply cannot do lunges, I do not know why. I can only use like 5 lb. weights, lose my balance and can never get all the way through them without stopping and stretching. So I am definitely not looking forward to this.
