Tipping for Delivery
We're having a bunch of furniture/appliances delivered over the next couple weeks. How much should you tip the delivery guys? Is it a percentage of the total bill or what?

For furniture delivery, we've done it depending on how many guys are there and how difficult/heavy the objects are rather than % of bill.
ETA: As well as courtesy (taking care with the furniture) and being on time or if not, giving reasons as to why not.
I never have either. I assumed that were paid a decent hourly rate.
