  • This meal is only 310 calories, and its a good sized portion. Pair it with some fresh fruit or  veggies and you could make it two meals.

  • I've had pizza and in a bit I'll have my salad.
  • Probably something not healthy. I'm going out to spend the afternoon with my parents and we are going out to eat somewhere.

    But alas, I don't care. ;). Because it'll be good!

  • A subway ham sandwich and some Pringles Stix.  Healthy, but boring... I get so tired of Subway, but it's one of two options in my building and I don't really like leavng for lunch, and never remember to bring food to work.  I even had yummy leftovers I could've brought today - pot roast.  Mmm... woulda been better than this sandwish, for sure!
  • A green salad with grilled chicken.  Now I'm eating watermelon.

    I started my diet today:  nothing but GMs for breakfast, salad or Slimfast, fruit, and veggies for lunch and snacks and a sensible dinner.  And no tea or soda unless absolutely necessary.  It will be interesting to see how long I can do it and if I see any results.

  • I'm not sure yet, but I'm getting hungry now!

    Third Anniversary

    I had a CFA grilled chicken sandwich and side salad.

    I had been letting myself eat what I want during the first 20 weeks and gained 15lbs which is on par with what I should be gaining overall ( 25-35 lbs) and my doctor is happy with my progress, but I want to try to make more sensible decisions from here forward.

  • Triscuits thin crisps, string cheese, and a chocolate chip cookie.

    I ate whatever I wanted when I was pregnant.  I gained 7 lbs. in my fourth month.  I gained 52 lbs. total.  Needless to say, I do not advise this.  :)

    Stephie - Did you happen to go to the Body Pump launch this weekend?  Oh my goodness...the new lunge track is 6 minutes long with no break... and there are 6 sets of clean and presses on the back track

    Ugh, no (I had a facial).  But thanks for the warning.  I simply cannot do lunges, I do not know why.  I can only use like 5 lb. weights, lose my balance and can never get all the way through them without stopping and stretching.  So I am definitely not looking forward to this.
