Re: Good Morning All
Ours was relaxed.
We watched HP 4, 5 and 6. I started rereading 7 in preparation for the movie.
We also attended a birthday party for a 5 year old, which is always hilarious and fun. Being the somewhat troublemaking person I am, I gave her 10 bottles of nail polish (and a case for them, and remover, etc.). Her mom is going to be thrilled, because I have learned from experience she really likes to have her fingers all painted a different color.

Mornin', I worked a ton this weekend, we had our busiest day of the season on Saturday, so we were running around and working out butts off. Then I finished up my Harry Potter shirt I plan to wear to the midnight show on thursdat night. It says "Make Babies, Not Horcuxes" in a circle around my belly with a picture of baby Harry (from the very first chapter) on my belly button. I love it.
Yesterday felt super slow after that even though we did alright. I like being able to make spending money as well as save it. Matt finally had a night off so we went to Outback for a little date. I walked into the bathroom and as I passed my reflection I was like "holy crap! I really look pregnant!" half the time I just feel like my belly could be mistaken for fat, but not last night (granted, there was a huge bloomin' onion food baby in there too).
Baby B is moving around a lot which I love. It makes me feel like he's doing ok in there. I can't wait for my 6 month appointment next friday. I can't hear enough of his heartbeat.
Ours was good. We're slowly getting the house put back together and we even (well, mostly Josh) re-planted flowers and shrubs in our front yard.
We went to DC for dinner and to see Wicked with another couple on Saturday night. It was fun!

The weekend was good. We went out for drinks for Jon's cousin's birthday. Hung out with the aunt & uncle whose company Jon is leaving and they seemed actually not too upset with the whole thing, so that was good.
Saturday we went to the gym and cleaned and then visited friends with a new baby. It was good to see them and the baby is adorable and really chill.
Sunday I did a big cleaning project in the basement. We had a bunch of rubbermaid containers that needed organization and our wine rack needed some work too..it was getting tough to find things. Then we drove down to Portsmouth, RI to visit friends and their two kids. Walked on the beach, ate clamcakes & chowder and had a really relaxing afternoon.
Afternoon!
Saturday we cleaned. Then that evening we went to a chicken roast. Good food and saw a friend from work. Danny & I played volleyball---volleyball kicked my butt.
Yesterday we had a "less hair, less food" party. My cousin & her daughter (11 mos) from Pittsburgh came down & my other cousin from Florida came up, plus my sister & cousin & his fiance. So, I got to play with my baby cousin (I absolutely love her!!!). And my Florida cousin is a hair stylist, so she cut and/or colored almost everybody. Plus she taught me the proper way to cut Danny's hair. Now it doesn't look so crappy when I do it. She's coming back tonight to finish my hair. The color came out well, but she wants to add some more lowlights/highlights to give it more dynamics.
All in all, it was a pretty good weekend.
oh hai!
This weekend was pretty good... and not busy, so that was a plus!
Saturday morning I went to a Power Hatha yoga class, and I loved it. It made me realize how out of practice I am, but it still also showed me that I can do it, and want to continue to do it, so I plan on attending the same class in the future. Afterwards Chris and I parted ways so that we could get Loki and Freya clipped, washed and groomed. My sister and I then ran some errands, and we ended the night just relaxing with the TV.
Sunday we went to WW (down 0.6!) and continued our weekly reward for our losing by having coffee and bagels across the street at Gunther Tooties, and while MIL was watching Sam for us, we went to The Christmas Tree Shop, IKEA, and Jordans Furniture, and went home with a new headboard for our bed! (It came with a footboard too, but we aren't using it, if anyone has a need to a foot board and/or a really short headBoard?) After we went to our friends' house for dinner, a movie, and baby playtime.
This morning I was up with Sam at 6am, but that was OK because we went down to the Cape for the day with my parents.
Back to work tomorrow!
