Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
I've wanted to go to this for the last couple of years and just realized that it is this Thursday. I went online to buy tickets at Ticketmaster but the only choice is for a members ticket, and I am not a member.
I tried to call, but of course Ticketmaster is closed and while it quotes the non-member price of $65 per ticket, it then says you have to speak to a representative....
I'll call the Smithsonian tomorrow to see if there are any tickets, but in the meantime... has anyone been? Is it fun? Worth trying to track down tickets to?
Re: Brew at the Zoo?
Not this event, but other FONZ evening social things.
Some have been worth our time, others haven't. If the weather is condusive to the animals being out it can be neat. In this heat, I'd vote that no animals will be even standing up!
It can get pretty crowded, and we're so sick of crowds that it really affects the fun for us.
Just a thought on member tix-- you'd pay $30 less for 2 tix, then the membership would only be $40 (if you got a Household membership for $70). You get free parking, so there's money shaved off there, too.
Hm.... good thinking.
Hope it's fun!
Thanks for the scoop.
