Wanna help a sister out? (kind of BR)
DH and I are going to get tattoos for DS. I already have mine picked out, but DH is stuck...
Ever since high school DH, wanted to get his future kids foot prints tattooed on him, with the stats. Well a few of his friends liked the idea and did it. So now DH doesn't want to do that anymore, since 3 of his friends already did it.
He has been researching tattoos for a couple of months and nothing works for him. He loves his big old Ford diesel, and racecars. So I suggested something with cars, but he isn't sold yet.
And he already has a tattoo that takes up a good chunk of his back, so the new one can't be too big, since it will have to go on his chest or upper arm.
Any thoughts or suggestions that I can pass on to DH?

We will have more kids. I already have a 'family' tattoo of stars, so I will just add another one for LO. And I'll probably do a mother type tattoo too.
I thought of the hand print, but we didn't get a hand print at birth and DH would rather it be the first one, since he was so little.
I told him to just go with the foot idea. Just because others are less creative doesn't mean he has to find something new.
I think he should go with the foot idea too. It was what he originally wanted. Anything else will be second best. You should never do second best on something like a tattoo.
