hi ladies! i just found this board. only really chatted on the bump when i was prego with my DD (she's 2 months).

i'm on the east side of Toledo. anyone else on this side of the river?

    Hi there! Glad you found us even if its pretty slow around here now a days. I lived on the East Side my whole life but now I live in Point Place. There are a couple of Nesties who live out around you but I think they live farther out in Oregon and whatnot. Hope you stick around!!!

    There was a time when this board really had some life.  However, now that I'm on maternity leave and would love the distraction, this board has just fizzled!

    i used to work in northwood at TNS, next to i-75. but then had ton of pregnancy complications, and problems afterwards so i missed a lot of work. eventually got fired. but SAHM is fine for now :D

    Welcome!  We prev lived in E.Toledo area but just moved to Lambertville.  Congrats on your new little one.

    I actually work right on Oregon Rd. right now. If I get the job I have a second interview for, then I'll be driving out to Sylvania and Secor area. This is a nice area. I had a few friends that lived out here in northwood when I was younger and we always hung out around here. I don't live very far from here either. Basically straight down Miami St./Front St..

    If you don't mind me asking...where?  This is my neck of the woods (and the daycare we chose is just a bit north of Secor/Sylvania).

    yes TNS was NFO. I use to live on Tracy, now I live in Walbridge.

    my mom works there. used to work there a long time ago too when it was NFO. but i'm not sure if she was working there when you did. she started working there like 15 years ago. not sure how long you worked there. i only managed 2.5 years working there. lol

    Welcome to the Toledo board!  Actually I live pretty close to you - I live in Toledo very close to the Northwood line.  I live around Milroy in the area between Oakdale & Florence.  So, Tracy road is pretty close to us . . . well at least it seems like it is to me.  It's nice to see someone on here living so close.

     I'm actually coming out of lurkdom. If you call it that - I've been so busy at work anymore that I barely get on the Nest.  We're shorthanded - so there's just always tons more to do.

     Anywhoo - welcome neighbor! Wink
