my serrano chili plant--doesnt have any blossoms on it...

Im not sure what else I can do...It looks great...its tall and dark green...It looks like its thriving just fine...but nope no blossoms....

Any tips/advice or recommendations?  It gets plenty of sun and I give it water every other day....

  • If you've been fertilizing it, I would stop.  Sometimes the nitrogen in the fertilizer promotes plant growth at the expense of budding.  Has the weather been warm enough by you - peppers do not like cooler weather.
  • It sounds like you're using a high nitrogen fertilizer, which, as pp said, promotes growth but not flowering.  You want to give it something with phosphorous to get the blooms going.
