Who is the great refi/mortgage guy people have used?
We are finally in a position to refi. We are looking to do a 20 year fixed. If anyone has refied recently and don't mind sharing your rate I would appreciate it.

I used the mortgage guy I love. We did a 15 year at 3.75% in October. The rate is a little better now (3.6% ish)
