Press conference: What about breed specific rescue groups?
That way the kids can have both a hypo allergenic AND a shelter dog!
Re: Press conference: What about breed specific rescue groups?
I'm sure they'll figure it out before January. No rushing.
And I loved his humorous take on Nancy Reagan and "mutts".
Agree. What a lot of people don't realize/research is that there are breed specific rescues for every freaking breed, even the *new* ones. And yes, you can get puppies from these rescues, and no they're not always dogs with "issues."
I saw something about this on the Today show yesterday. Super cute.
However, the hypo allergenic thing is a big rip. Hypo allergenic dogs have still sent me to the doctor with asthma attacks.
It really bothers me, because I would love to have a dog. I can't even touch a puppy because my body will itch, my eyes will water and my throat with close up.
