I think a couple of you were looking for crockpot recipes. Here is my absolute most favorite...probably one of my most favorite recipes I make actually.

The homemade BBQ sauce (super easy to make) it what makes it really good I think.

I know salsa chicken is another really good one. I usually make a ton then I can use it for various Mexican dishes (I don't add the sour cream at the end).

Anyone else have any to share? I'm always looking for tasty and easy recipes.
Re: Crockpot Recipes
I have an awesome Chili recipe- super easy:

1lb each: ground beef, round steak cubed (both browned)
1 small onion (I throw in with meat to soften up
1 can each: cannillini beans, kidney beans, black beans
3 cans diced tomatoes
2-3 packages chili seasoning (I like McCormick best)
Cook all day and enjoy.
I also make my stuffed peppers in the Summer and put in the crockpot for a few hours instead of baking them
I didn't look at your pulled pork recipe, but I put pork in with a can of root beer, cook all day, drain, shred, cover in bbq sauce and let it cook a bit longer to absorb flavor.
I know I have a ton of recipes I make, I'll have to look through my recipes to see if there's any other ones worth sharing.

I usually make it a little saucier and throw it into tortillas with rice. And add some cheese.

i'll fix them.
Chicken & Dumplings
I was worried that the taste was going to be too bland with just the cream of chicken and water. So I add some chicken boiullon to make the water a broth. Then I also added some cumin and parsley for seasonings.
Also, I just used one 16.5 oz. container of biscuits instead of 2 10 oz. containers. I don't think it could have used any more than that.
It was really liquidy after the chicken was done cooking, but then the dumplings absorbed all of it.
Cream Cheese Chicken
Chicken Parmesan
