As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

B: Visalus shakes with a cut up peach blended in chocolate soy milk -- OMG delicious!
L: Probably same as Breakfast since its so good!
Steak salad I'm copying from the spa
S: Fiber one bar, maybe treat myself to some ice cream
E: Zumba, probably no walk because of the heat advisory/air quality, also supposed help my dad in the yard, but that probably won't happen either.

D - Sweet and Sour Chicken Kebobs, Brown rice, Salad
S - Nut bar, ice cream

L: Vi-Shake with light chocolate soy milk and pb
S: mozzarella stick, 100 calorie popcorn and birthday apple pie at my parents' (I prefer mom's apple pie to cake lol)
Exercise: None planned, busy busy day.
B: Fiber One Yogurt
L: 2 scrambled eggs and 1 piece of oatnut bread toast
S: Fiber One granola bar or pita chips/hummus
E: 30 min. elliptical, 30 min treadmill
B: scrambled eggs and an english muffin
S: hummus and pita chips
L/D: caesar salad, fettucini alfredo, garlic bread
S: fit & active ice cream sandwich
E: hoping to go for a run later this evening - we'll see how it feels outside
