its been 4 months...

Okay ladies I have a question...Im 4 months PP and im finally in the "mood" I had to get an episiotomy(sp?) so my fear has been it hurting when he enters me. what are your guys experience? Did it hurt or what?

  • There was some discomfort but I wouldn't describe it as painful. Lots of lube really helped :)

  • I'm guessing you all have had episiotomies.  Makes one wonder how much of a procedure you women have had if there's discomfort of any type.
  • It feels tender, but it isn't horrible pain. Go slow and use lots of lube.

  • You might want to test things out on your own before doing something that truly ends up being painful if you're really concerned. Our doctor recommended using a good quality olive oil to help moisturize and restore those areas.
