Hi again. My last post was asking about applying for jobs before our wedding. Well I did it and I had nothing to worry about as I got turned down before making it to any interviews. I've been turned down 3 times so far.
Over the weekend I applied for a position that I want extremely bad. It's the first job I have applied for that really makes me excited. I can't stop thinking about it. I've been doing so much research on the position, company, software they use, etc. that it is probably overkill.
Please keep your fingers crossed for me! Thanks!
Re: The waiting game
GOOD LUCK!!!
Waiting to hear back is the worst. :-P I hope you hear something soon!

I agree--waiting is the worst. I had an interview yesterday and they said they will be in touch early next week. Meanwhile, I'm going crazy trying to handle the uncertainty.
Good luck and I hope you get the position!
Good Luck . I hope you hear back soon and it is positive.
*fingers crossed* for you!
OMG, I know, isn't waiting the worst?! It's like these HR people (or whoever is doing the hiring) have never applied for a job themselves and have no idea how torturous it is waiting! I feel like I am driving everyone around me crazy too; all I can think about or talk about is how I am going crazy waiting to hear back! I must be so annoying; like that period when for a while all I could do is talk about our wedding plans! LOL.
Good luck, and feel free to vent here, I mean, isn't that what these forums are good for?!
We can all support each other waiting in agony!!
LOL, yeah, I've pretty much given up talking to my husband about it. He's sick of it! He's like, just tell me when you actually have NEWS. LOL
One of my friends (like yours, who lives halfway across the country!) has listened to me vent so much he told me that he started having DREAMS about me getting the job. HAHAHA
Fingers crossed and prayers being sent! Keep us posted :-)
