What are you doing/did you do for your first anniversary?
Hello all! I read through the July 10th post but my anniversary is the 17th and I was wondering what the rest of us are doing/did for their anniversaries.
We went to Mexico last week for seven days to celebrate my cousin's wedding and our anniversary but since the actual day is this Sunday I just came up with a plan. We're going to the restaurant where we had our wedding reception for dinner and then I booked us a hotel for the night in the town we got married in on the lake (I think I found the last hotel in town!). Since the traditional gift is paper I'm going to print out the reservation and give it to him on Saturday as his presents since he doesn't know we're staying overnight (it's about an hour away).
I hope everyone has wonderful anniversaries! I can't believe how fast this year has gone by!

i think we may just do dinner...i dont think i could spend the night away from the baby just yet!
I cant believe its already a year
spending the actual night in a hotel room (suite with our own room) with my FIL, MIL & BIL!
We are going to a super fancy fondue restaurant either the week before or the week after. I have a totally practical gift, but still need something else.
Josh and Cass will be at their dads.
Jai is going to DH's parents from Friday morning till Sunday morning.
We are spending a whole 2 days and nights at home, not answering the phone, doing whatever strikes us in the moment.
Since we live in the country, on the lake, on 46 acres. We may swim, fish, laze around. It will be nice to be care free for 2 whole days!
