Bath Time gone Bad...HELP
My DD used to love the bath...she has always hated getting her hair washed but she always enjoyed the bath and playing with some toys. Then, her second to last bath, she cried when I put her in the water (the temp was fine) and cried for a bit in the beginning and then calmed down (until the hair issue) and the last bath, she put her feet on the edge of the tub and wouldn't go in it and wasCLINGING to my hubby and I had to give her a bath standing up so to speak while he held her.
It was horrible! Anyone have any suggestions on what to try or have any experience? My next thought was to get in the tub with her.

Always missing my Mommy (1954-2010) and Daddy (1943-2012)
TTC since 2009 ; BFP 9/13/10 = MC 10/21/10

Surprise BFP 8/31/11 while waiting to cycle for IVF
Welcomed our little miracle 5/7/12
Just to wait it out. We just went through TWO MONTHS of the same thing with G. Every time we bathed him it was a screaming fight, tears and clinging to us the whole time. He is so strong that it got to the point that DH had to strip down and sit in the tub with him. Then, all of a sudden, it stopped and now he loves bathtime again. We didn't do anything differently, it was just a stage he went in and out of. Craziness.
I will say that he still won't sit in the tub. He stands up and we use the handheld shower. But, that's no surprise because he doesn't like sitting in general.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions.
I think I will try getting in the bath with her and see how that works.
August....I bought the visors for her hair washing aversion....the first time she didn't get it so it wasn't bad...she is so strong that she won't let me put it on her head. I just let her cry that part out.
