Nestie babies
So it has been a few months since we have had an update thread on all the Nestie babies. So let's see some pictures.

Re: Nestie babies
1. Wyatt is now 7 months old!!
2. He has been crawling for 2 months now, and pulls himself up on everything. Just recently he started cruising along the furniture, and pushes his 'walker' (canadian walker) and our bar stools around the house all the time.
3. Nope, no real words... but last week when I had him in our real walker (borrowed from a friend who had someone smuggle it in) he looked over at me after his cookie was gone and screamed 'MAMA!'... but I think it was just him making sounds, not actually calling me mama, although I would like to think so.
4. Favorites: watermelon (by a long shot), sweet potatoes, the boob (he has tried to nurse off my pregnant friend before)... dislikes: lemon (funny story lol), waxed beans
5. Lance and I eat frozen berries and orange juice every night (because our magic bullet broke and it tastes better that way), so I made one for my niece a few nights ago and she didn't eat it, so she put it in the fridge and went to eat it the next day... when she did, she set it on the floor by the couch, and Wyatt found it when she wasn't looking. Lance found him covered in juice with berries all.over.his.face and body.
Also, about a month ago I went to a friend's baby shower, Wyatt got hungry so I went to grab his nursing cover and when I came back all the ladies were laughing and the mother to be said to me 'you're son is trying to get fresh with me, Caitlyn'... apparently he had opened his mouth wide and stuck it right onto her boob through her shirt.

2. What are some new things they have learned? She rolls both ways, can sit for a short while,loves her toys, puts teethers on her arm like a bracelet, plays peek-a-boo with herself (putting blankets over her head and laughing)...tries to use a spoon. has been holding her own bottle for months.
3. Talking yet? What are some favorite words? No real words, just noisy babble..NOISY! She says dadadada...but, not in reference to Daddy we don't think.
4. Favorite foods? Food dislikes? She has only had rice cereal, green beans,and peas. Green beans were her favorite so far.
5. Any funny stories you want to share.Ella is a really easy going, happy baby. However, she does have a bit of a temper. The other day for some reason she got really angry that toys were attached to her tummy mat and she couldn't get them off. She pulled with her hands. She pulled with her mouth! She screamed at them and then finally just put her head down and pretended to sleep she was so frustrated!
6.How is your LO sleeping? She sleeps pretty well. Not much change here. She goes down around 9 and usually wakes up once and chows down. She gets up anywhere between 5-6 ready to play. Keeping her up later at night doesn't change anything!

1. How old are they?
KR is almost 4 months (Saturday)
2. What are some new things they have learned?
He found his hands last week. He stares at them and has started to grab toys and such. He tries really hard to put his plug in his mouth

He just squeals and says Owwwwwwwww.

Every time we celebrate him rolling over he bursts into tears.

He sleeps through the night most nights, if he wakes up, it will be at 3:00am eat for 4 minutes and goes back to bed. I know I'm VERY Lucky
I eat them on a regular basis
1. How old are they? 13 months!
2. What are some new things they have learned? She walks, runs, climbs, etc...in other words she is fully mobile! She learns new things everyday (which is why this is such a great age for you guys to look forward to). She can sometimes put the correct blocks in the holes of her shape sorter, she gets very proud when she connects blocks together properly, She climbs everything, and in everything.
3. Talking yet? What are some favorite words? She says dada, mama, papa, nona randomly. Sometimes she will say it to us, but not all the time. Her favorite word is down. She says it like this 'dowwwnn' and she repeats it over and over again.
4. Favorite foods? Food dislikes? She loves rice, hot dogs, french fries, almost every single type of fruit, Stonyfield yogurt smoothies are her favorite drink 'treat'
5. Any funny stories you want to share.She loves the dog. When we get home and the dog is in his crate she goes over and just kisses him. Kissing to her is opening her mouth wide and lunging toward someone....kissing to him and licking... you can imagine what it looks like lol.
6. How is your LO sleeping? We are truly blessed... she sleeps 10-12 hours at night and takes 1 nap that ranges from 90 min - 3 hours.Haha he has gotten so big... I think it is time to update the siggy pic!
1. Age - 2 weeks and 5 days

4. Food - Just BM right now
5. D is a great climber. He can squirm is way all the way up DHs chest. The other day he tried to root on DH. I thought it was hilarious... DH, not so much
6. Sleep - great during the day. At night we are normally up around 2/2:30 and again 5/5:30 to eat

1. How old are they? Eli will be 1 in 2 weeks!!!
2. What are some new things they have learned? he is walking everywhere. he still has no idea how to crawl though so that is really funny. he can get to sitting on his own and will pull himself up around the furniture then he takes off across the room. he is also a huge climber. at the softball game last week he was over a foot up the chain link fence.
3. Talking yet? What are some favorite words? just baby babble. he says mama and dada but not too us. right now he is calling everyone dada
4. Favorite foods? Food dislikes? he LOVES boob food, it is still is primary source since he isn't a fan of much else. just this week he is finally starting to eat more than 2 bites of food a day.
5. Any funny stories you want to share. mainly him climbing the fence. and he growls. like from deep down in his throat no one has ever been able to replicate it and when we try it hurts our throat.
6. (Added after Caitlyn posted below) How is your LO sleeping? nope we are usually up at 12 and 4. he goes to bed at 8 and is up for the day at 8. he is a great napper though and takes a 2.5 hour morning nap and a 1.5 hour afternoon nap.

2. What are some new things they have learned? they are really starting to babble, they are trying to sit up on their own, they like to stand with you holding their hands

5. Any funny stories you want to share. hmmm... Last week we were on vacation and every time Reid got in his floaty in the lake he would fall a sleep. it was toooo funny.
6. (Added after Caitlyn posted below) How is your LO sleeping? Addi is sleeping from 730pm to at least 5am, nurses and back to sleep til 8 or 9am. Reid is asleep by 730pm and is up at 2, nurses and is back down til about 7 when he is up for the day. I think he is going through a growth spurt os his 4 month awakeness peroid.

2. What are some new things they have learned? Julia now sits and gets up on all 4's. No crawling yet, though!
3. Talking yet? What are some favorite words? No words, but lots of babbling and laughing!
4. Favorite foods? Food dislikes? We haven't tried much yet, but she likes rice cereal better than oatmeal and she likes sweet potatoes, pineapple, and cantaloupe
5. Any funny stories you want to share. This past weekend, Julia decided to learn how to scream at her cousin's christening. Right in the middle, she kept screaming and then laughing at herself. I felt bad, but it was pretty funny at the same time!
6. How is your LO sleeping? Cried for 45 min last night, but put herself to sleep. And, she only had one feeding last night!
1. How old are they? 13 months!
2. What are some new things they have learned? Stacking blocks, occasionally taking a step. picking up toys, sitting in his chair when asked, "reading" books-turns the pages and talks to himself
3. Talking yet? What are some favorite words? Anders says mama, dada, ba (for ball), auggie (for doggie), hi, uhoh. Favorite would be auggie-he screams it at the dogs every time we come home.
4. Favorite foods? Food dislikes? He loves scrambled eggs and cheese, cold goat cheese (he really likes cheese!), peaches, corn, green beans, pretty muh everything... the only thing he will not eat is Plum Organics super green puffs (he will munch on other puffs, but the supergreens are thrown to the dogs instantly!)
5. Any funny stories you want to share. We went to the zoo the other weekend and Anders pointed at a female lion and asked "Auggie?" We said "it's a lion buddy" but some other kids heard him and started screaming Doggie Doggie Doggie!!! He just looked at me again and said "Auggie", but very serious, like "hey mom, it's not a lion you silly, it's a doggie. Get it right"
6. How is your LO sleeping? Down between 5-5:30 and up at 6:15-6:45 (sometimes we hit 7 and it's glorious!) He just started napping when he hit a year, typicall an AM nap arund 7:45 for 45 min-1 hour and then a nap at 12:30 for about 2-3 hours.
Here is a shot of Anders from his first birthday celebration at my parent's house, he had never had sugar/cake/white carbs before so we didn't know how he would react....needless to say, he loved it!
1. How old are they? Kyle is 7 months now
2. What are some new things they have learned? He can sit unassisted now, a few weeks ago he started rolling from his back to belly (he went from belly to back months ago, but couldn't quite figure out the back to belly!), he tries really hard to do like a sit-up when he is laying on his back and he makes the funniest face and noise when trying to do it. He wants to stand SO bad, but he isn't quite there yet.
3. Talking yet? What are some favorite words? Not really. He babbles a lot and LOVES to scream as loud as he can. Also loves to spit and blow raspberries, especially if you do them with him. He also makes a "Dada" noise, so of course we say that he is saying Dad, but I think it's just an easy noise for him to make.
4. Favorite foods? We feed him the Ella's Kitchen and Plum Organics foods (I'd love to make organic food him, which I'm sure would be cheaper, but I just don't have the time!!) He LOVES the Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, Apples and Blueberry combo! He also really likes Apples on their own and the Pumpkin and Banana combo. He gets SO excited when he sees the little pouches.
Food dislikes? Does formula count? I had some supply issues a month ago and we tried to mix some formula with his milk and he absolutely hated it.
5. Any funny stories you want to share.Kyle has started giving kisses and it's so cute. He grab my head with both of his hands and pull me in, then open his mouth so wide and slobber all over me. It's so sweet.
6. (Added after Caitlyn posted below) How is your LO sleeping?Ehh, still not great. Some nights are better than others, but we're still up once if not 2-3 times every night. We did have ONE night that he slept all night... it was great!!

Brin's first order of business when he came out of me was to poop all over my stomach.
6.How is your LO sleeping?
We have been lucky (so far) I nurse him between 10-10:30, swaddle him, and put him in his bassinet. He sleeps until 1:30-2:00 I nurse he goes back to sleep until 5-6 and I nurse again and he usually sleeps again for a few hours.
