How is everyone today? Plans for the day?
I'm getting ready for work and trying to figure out what I'm going to do with the pork ribs in the fridge for dinner, or if I'm going to make mini meat pies instead. It looks pretty gloomy outside today but its suppose to clear up so we shall see. Can't wait to come home and just cuddle with E tonight!
Have a wonderful day everyone!

Re: Good Morning!
Morning. I need to call the hospital today to figure out my referral to see a neurologist for my leg pain. It's pregnancy related, probably a pinched nerve, but it really hurts and I don't want to deal with it for the next 4 months.
Let me know how the meat pies turn out - H would like something like that.
Morning! I'm updating student records at work and hoping I can hold out until lunch...I may have a bad gall bladder, and eating just isn't my friend right now. But I'm hungry, so I hope at lunch I can eat some soup and make my tummy cooperate the rest of the day. I have an ultrasound Friday to see if it's my gall bladder causing all the stomach issues.
Besides that, it's a good day. We FINALLY got decent rain last night, the first time in weeks. I know it will be sweltering hot for the next few days, but I'm glad we got the rain.
I've made them before. They are really easy and tasty I'll post the recipe when I get off work tonight.
Gallbladder problems suck. I didn't have stones but my gallbladder ended up being too large, hyperactive, and full of sludge. Almost all of my stomach issues were resolved after the surgery - I hope they figure it out soon!
My doggles have a string of vet appointments this week and next week for titers and vaccinations so they're good to go for boarding next month. The rabies titer at my last vet was $241. My new vet charges $102. I love her. I wish I lived next door to her. I'd learn how to make strawberry jam and I'd bring her cases of it because she's just that awesome.
I ordered new shoes to wear with my mess dress and they'll be here today. I really hope they're as nice in person as they were online!
Morning!! It was windy, cold, and gray here today but the sun seems to be shining now! Always a good thing. Today has been full of work and good news.
I found out that I was medically cleared to travel, so orders should be coming down the pipeline soon. I'm so relieved!
We live on base, and our housing pre-inspection for leaving is tomorrow, so I've been working hard on cleaning so that our house is in tip top shape for the inspector tomorrow. Yard guys came yesterday, so that's done!
All in all, I'm feeling very positive about a move date sometime int he first week of August.
Cheyenne got hit with quarter and golf ball sized hail last night. It was a nasty storm and everyone is now really upset about the damage to their cars/houses. I don't know how it happened, but the hail seemed to skip our part of town.
J is TDY for three weeks, so I plan on going to Target to get some bathroom decorations and doing some stuff in our master bathroom. I also plan on making Eggplant and Portobello paninis tonight (super yum).
Morning!
I walked to and from work yesterday and took an hour long Zumba class so my legs are killing me. I thankfully don't work today so I'm relaxing today. I'll probably just couch potato it today and watch t.v. We had planned on taking a kickboxing class today, but as I can't walk, that's definitely not happening lol.
I'm glad your doggles have a good vet to take care of them! I love ours too, even though I've only meet her in passing as E generally takes care of that stuff because his hours are more flexible.
And you should learn to make jam just because its super easy and you would know what's in it. I'm actually surprised that you don't do that already. We prepped, jarred and cleaned up 2 batches in just under 2 hours last night so its really not time consuming.

Ojo- I am glad you guys have an awesome vet. Our spaniel is going to the base vet tomorrow for shots. H is taking him. This is the first vet visit ever that I won't be there for. I am super anxious about it just because I won't be there, stupid I know especially because it is only a couple of shots.
BLT- Good luck for the promotion.
Today I worked and then had to take a 3 hour break to go to the doctor's office and lunch for my medically cleared assesment for work. (i have 30 days to get that in once i started).
The Dogs and Us
Good...well afternoon now lol today I ventured into the new HomeGoods store that opened in my area and pretty much fell in love lol and to top my day off I got a call from MH today which was AWSOME even though he cant tell me where he is or what they're doing at the moment it was still great to know he made it out to stop #1 ok....I'm actually getting kinda antsy because I want to start sending boxes and stuff to him and I've gotta wait atleast another 2 weeks to mail anything so itll arive right after he gets to his permanent location
