Morning all.
I've got training in the office for the next three days, so I won't be around much.
We finally had the a/c on to sleep last night and it was glorious. According to my FitBit I "woke up" twice between when I turned out my light and when my alarm went off. Freaking awesome. I haven't slept that well in a long time.
Tonight we've got baseball, so I really hope it's not stupid hot in the evening.
How is everyone today?

Good Morning.
I have my last full of day training here in South Boston. I am soooo sleepy and I can't wait to get back home. Man I miss my bed so much. We have a meeting at 9 this morning then the rest of the day will be spent doing the last things with training. I am hoping it goes as good as yesterday went.
Morning! We went out for trivia last night with a couple of friends...but then there wasn't trivia. Lame. So, we just had dinner and then went out for ice cream. It was still fun to hang out with them, so it was all fine!
Today is pretty much the same...maybe a little laundry, run, and I swear I will finally go and get the mulch. Then I am grilling pork tenderloin for dinner which I am psyched about!

Morning ladies.
Lastnight I did more laundry, and figured out the rest of the food for the party.
Today lots of work. I love vacations, but working up to them, and coming back from them totally stink. I swear sometimes it is more work to take a vacation then not.

Last night DH had softball so I got to sit with some friends while he played. It was a beautiful night so I enjoyed it.
Today is another normal work day for me and then home. I need to stop by the grocery store and get a couple of things done around the house but it should be a fairly low key evening.

Good morning. I had another quiet night at home. I talked to my sister on the phone because she is dealing with some major in-law drama. The story in a nutshell: my BIL started a charity several years ago. He works for it full time and has a few part part employees but most of the work is done through volunteers. His father lost his job about a month ago. Because he was technically self-employed he in not eligible for unemployment benefits. He wants my BIL to give him a full time job. My BIL's entire family is siding with his dad. Unfortunately there is currently no job that really needs to be created or filled. Even if there was, his experience would not make him an ideal candidate for much of anything related to the charity. Also, my sister doesn't particularly care for her MIL or FIL that much to start with. They are both weird about money and many other things. Because of this, my sister doesn't really want him working for the charity in the first place and thus meaning that he would be more involved in their day to day lives. So, this whole issue is putting them in a very awkward position.
Otherwise, it's supposed to be much cooler here today. I'm so excited that I won't be sweating like a pig when I leave for lunch today
Amie - that sounds like a really awkward situation for your sister and BIL. Hope they can figure something out!
Another stormy soggy evening for us. I got in a good workout on the treadmill and made a really good dinner using a bunch of leftovers, I was pretty proud of my meal creation!
We had another major thunder and lightening storm roll through at about 8:00 last night which knocked out our power so we ended up going to be really early!
More rain, thunder and lightening in todays forecast - ugh!
Good morning, all. Not too shabby today; about to get some serious training and doing lots of reading. Yesterday was a beast--not workwise, but it took me two hours to get home thanks to a heat kink on a rail. It took H 1.5 hours and he didn't get in until 10pm. Crazy.
Here's hoping tonight's commute is easier, though being offloaded this morning one stop before mine isn't a good omen!
Good morning. 7/10 of the office is out today (including the boss) so it should be a relaxed day here.
Last night, I made a practice run at knitting baby booties for a friend of mine. I wanted to test out the pattern and I think it came out pretty darn cute. When I make them for real, I'll use a lighter weight yarn and a looser stitch. This is definitely winter weight. I'm still learning, so I knit slow and only got the one done yesterday.

Last night, B and I went to dinner with my mom. She hung out at our house most of the day because the power had yet to be restored in her area. Fortunately, it's back on now.

Good morning. Last night we made grilled pizza and watched Gnomio and Juliet. I thought the movie was super cute.
Tonight the kiddo is staying with her cousins, so DH and I are going out to dinner and relaxing. Apparently him and his sister have stacked this weekend so full, I need to fit in sleep any chance I can get between now and then.
I love it! I am so jealous it is so cute. It would look so cute in pictures.

I'm working today but I'm bringing Olivia at lunch to meet my coworkers. Everyone is really excited to meet her. Tonight will be the usual, nothing too exciting. I'm making breaded chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans for dinner. Probably try to catch up on some dvr stuff. I have so many movies to watch it's ridiculous.
Today we're interviewing Nannies, and I feel incredibly pretentious by hiring a nanny, but we need one for the fall.
Also we found out that Myles has a heart murmur, and needs to see the cardiologist. I'm not worried about it, because he doesn't have any real physical symptoms.
Today we're cleaning up around the house, and hoping to go for a walk since the weather is no longer so hot and humid.
Yesterday was a total whirlwind of going to the hospital and then sleeping the rest of the day. I was in a lot of pain and having stomach problems, so we went in just to be safe. All is well, but apparently the baby is super lazy and doesn't get many of the excited heart beats that they like to see. I'll take a lazy baby, thanks. Today I stayed home to just unwind and sit with a heating pad/ice packs. Tomorrow will be back to work and uncomfortable chairs.
I'm trying to figure out what on earth to make for dinner tonight. I'm just not craving anything with this heat we've been having. Makes me just want cereal and fruit. mmmm...fruit. My friend sent me a huge arrangement of fruit today, too, which is so good and fresh. I love Edible Arrangements.
Due to my fire alarm drama last night, I'm pretty tired today. Work wasn't too bad and I can't wait until Friday since I'm on vacation after that.
Tonight my nephew is playing t-ball at a park close to my neighbourhood so I plan on running there, watching him play and then finishing the rest of my run. I accidently lost one of my four water bottles from my fuel belt on my run last night so now I'm sad. I do want a new belt but can't find the one I want in town and it's too expensive to have it shipped to Canada.
