Recipe for pretzel/honey mustard chicken?

I am pretty sure I got a recipe from someone on here for a yummy pretzel/honey mustard coated chicken breasts. After not using it for a while, my shorthand to myself makes no sense and I can't decipher my own notes. :) If anyone recognizes this recipe, could you let me know? Thanks!

Re: Recipe for pretzel/honey mustard chicken?

  • I don't think you got the recipe from me - but I've made this a few times....this is from memory, so I apologize if it's hard to follow.

    1 Bag - Pretzels

    Dijon Mustard

    Honey

    Shredded Cheddar/Monterrey Jack Cheese

Most recipes have you just coat the chicken breasts in the honey/mustard mixture...but I marinate mine in the mixture for a day or so. I dont use precise measurements - but modify based on taste. I also reserve some of the marinade for dipping. Then I just ground up the pretzels and add the cheese - coat the chicken in that and bake in the oven.

    Hope that helps!
