Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

G+ is Google's latest attempt at a social network. But this time it is done right. It has a lot of features of Facebook, but WAY more privacy controls, and they aren't hidden and secret. It also lets you own your data, you can cancel your account at any time and export your data easily. Facebook will not let you do that.
Then there are many new cool features like Hangouts, and sparks. But for me the coolest thing is the integration that you will start to see happen with all the other Google products.Any yes, at this time it is a field trial, so it is invite only.
