Wedding Album

DH and I got married at the end of October.  We just recently got our proof back for the album.  Some adjustments need to be made before it's a completed project. but just wondering how long it took for everyone else to receive their wedding album?  Does it seem like almost a year is too long? I'm just anxious to get the final product to display at homeSmile

Re: Wedding Album

  • We don't have ours yet either.  I did the final approval at the beginning of March and was told 4-5 months for the album.  I'm going to give them a few more weeks before I begin to pester.

We got ours in February. Of course the place we went through kept pushing the date back.

  • We just received ours about two weeks ago.

  • We got ours in late November. It's the video we've been waiting 9+ months for.
  • We still haven't gotten our video either - hoping to get that sometime next month.

We did just get our prrof for the album.  While we love some of the layouts (we picked the pictures we wanted), we're not crazy about others.  When we told the photographers/designers this, they now want to charge us extra to redesign a few pages.  My comment to this is - DON'T have us fill out a form online when it comes to working on our album!!!!  They need to sit down with their clients, show them sample work, and discuss layouts.  The Internet ius a great thing, but for something that is going to be displayed in my home from my wedding day - I'm sorry, I want it to be perfect! Sorry about the rant, it's just has me frustrated that we paid all this money and our album is supposed to be included in that price ....
