Health & Fitnesss (not wednesday) post
I lost 5 lbs in the last week!!! granted, most of it was probably too much stress at work not even letting me eat, but i'll take it. though, i'm sure some of it is build up of not losing anything for the last month while eating well and trying to be good about exercising at least some!

5 lbs is awesome!!!! Great job!!
Nothing really new to report. Still getting to the gym 3-4x a week usually. I weighed myself for the first time in a long time...basically the same as I have been for a while. It's not a bad weight by any means but I'd love to lose 5lbs and tighten up a bit.
Great job Kim!!!
I have just been trying to keep the weight gain under control and eat as healthy as possible.
Also I've been trying to get out for a walk at least 3-4x a week and also lift with 5 lb. weights. We were watching my sister's dog last week who needs a ton of exercise so that really helped me get out for walks every day.
Great job, Kim! Keep eating, though! You need energy with that job of yours!
This week I did a service project with the teens in the Columbus Diocese, so that was my exercise. Cleaning, painting, pulling weeds, etc. for older people that weren't able to do it and couldn't afford anyone to do it for them. It was a really awesome experience, and I'm glad it got me moving again!
