Farmington's Founders Festival
I've never been to it, but it's this weekend. Has anyone gone to it, worth spending a few hours at it?
Re: Farmington's Founders Festival
I go to it every year just because I used to always go as a kid. In my opinion, it's not as good as it used to be, but it's still something to do.
We are usually closed at work that Saturday every year and this year we are not for some unknown reason. We are all super annoyed about it because people will end up being late to their appointments since Grand River and Farmington road is closed for the festival. Blah!
I am thinking about strolling through on Friday afternoon with P though.
That is awesome! I wish I was able to go this year. I have a wedding. Boo!
This. And I agree, the last few years have been kinda disappointing.
I got married at that church! I'm excited to see.

Ok, I have to check it out, if only for this, since I grew up in the 80's (ages 6-15) & remember it pretty well.
Really? That's cool! It's a pretty church!
I just drove through there at lunch & saw signs that there will be face painting, petting farm (kid stuff) tomorrow from 1-4 that you might want to check out. I think it was going to be at the Warner Mansion.
