Well, it's (pretty much) Harry Potter day! If I didn't have training all day tomorrow (and an appointment to donate blood) I'd try and find somewhere for us to go tonight, but well, that's not happening. Right now we're planning for Sunday afternoon. Who else has plans to go? Anyone going tonight?
Training yesterday was so.boring. We made it through 2 tutorials that I've done at least twice before. The only interesting part was that my computer kept crashing (not cool) and my model diverged, so I was trying to troubleshoot that.
Today, more training! Yay! (oh the sarcasm)
Derek's got a busy day today. He's into meet up with his boss right about now and then he's heading off to the other side of Toronto to hang out with his mom for the day. Then he's meeting up with Tim and they're buying road bikes! The shop they're buying them from gives 20% off to Ride to Conquer Cancer particpants, so he'll be getting a good deal. Then he's meeting me in Toronto and we're taking my dad and step-mom to dinner to celebrate Father's Day/my dad's birthday. Phew. I'm tired just thinking of it.

I'm so excited for Harry Potter!!! We have tickets to go see it on Saturday afternoon. Can't wait, but I know I'm going to cry.
I have a busy afternoon with meetings and then an appointment with my chiro to review the MRI results. Nothing exciting tonight, just looking forward to the weekend as DH and I are both so tired.

Morning! I got up and ran this morning because I have my follow-up doctor's appointment from my d&c today. Hopefully we will be cleared to start TTC again as soon as AF shows. Other than that, I have no big plans for the day.
We won't go see HP until sometime next week (maybe next weekend?) because I can't handle the massive crowds...it makes me irritated and then I won't enjoy the movie enough. But I can't wait!

No Harry Potter for me this weekend, I think. Monday after work, probably. I shouldn't complain, though--if I hadn't switched jobs, I'd be taking off tomorrow for 10 days and wouldn't see it until after I'd recovered from my jetlag.
Morning, everyone. Some training is in order for me, too, but I guess that's to be expected. I've been given some writing assignments, so yay! Also have a ton more reading to do, so I hope I can get some of that in today, too.
Tonight I'm going to make an extra effort to get to the gym. H is working from home today, so I'll probably come home to a super clean house, hot dinner, and extra serene husband. Not too shabby.

Yesterday was pretty good, we hired a nanny. Turns out she's our neighbor, she lives 2 blocks away from us, which was really important to us in case we need her for emergencies or what not.
We will probably not be seeing Harry Potter in the theaters (for shame I know), but I just don't really like going to the movies anymore. I much prefer to see them in my own house in my underwear (don't judge me)
We have a wedding this weekend I need to still get a gift for the couple, I'm honestly leaning toward just writing a check.

Yay for Harry Potter. I wish I was going to see it. DH told me last night that he wants to go to the Imax theatre to see it. So I think we will have a date night planned in the near future, but not sure when.
Same old here, just need to push through today and tomorrow, and I can finally get a breather from this place.

I've been re-watching all the movies, as well as re-reading The Deathly Hallows. I don't know when I will get to go, though... I am working six days next week. Ugh.
I had a surprise corporate visit, and while the store is in pretty poor shape (the store manager is on maternity leave and the two senior assistants don't know their head from their rear without her.), I had a great visit. Our new regional manager and three of the five corporate representatives hugged me and thanked me for doing such a great job. I also got an official date from my district manager for my promotion... August 28!
I check the board every day on my phone... I miss you gals!
Yay Harry Potter! I won't be going to see it until probably next week. Kyle is still working oot and although he comes home tomorrow he will then be off to an oot bachelor party for the weekend. I'm very excited for the movie though. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone was actually one of my very first dates with Kyle, almost 10 years ago. We've made it a tradition to going to see every one of them in the theater since then. It's hard to believe that this will be the last one.
Last night was another quiet night around my house. I guess the one good thing about Kyle being gone is that I have been working out every night and eating food that we have in the pantry. Tonight I'm looking for more of the same. Another good workout and another quiet night at home. I'm getting very excited for Kyle coming home tomorrow, even though it's only for one night before he has to leave again.
Morning! I have to confess that I am behind on the Harry Potter movie watching, so I'll probably wait until it hits the RedBox before I watch it.
Nothing much happening here. I'm trying to track down meeting space that we don't have to pay for for something next week and I'm starting to freak out a little because I can't find anything and I can't send invites until I know where it's going to be. That's my goal for the day.

I am so glad it's almost Friday. I am so tired this week.
Yesterday, I ended up at the Dr. because I am having contractions. All seems to be ok at this point but geesh they HURT! Last night, I went to the grocery store and Lowe's with DH, then went home to take it easy. I took a very long bubble bath which was awesome. I am just hoping bed rest is not in my near future. This has been so easy for me so far and I need to work until this baby comes!
Today is a normal work day and then home to relax again. My poor dog needs a walk and the house needs attention so I am hoping to be back to normal very soon!

I'm in lots of pain, like throw up pain. I'm on the hunt now for a massage place, and I think I'll be heading home soon to bob in a pool somewhere to take some pressure off everything. I really thought a heating pad and some sitting up straight would help after a bit, but no dice.
Hope you all have a better day, and have fun for anyone seeing Harry Potter this week! I still have to watch part 1, which isn't coming up in my Netflix list for a bit. Then I'll worry about part 2. MO* I completely agree with you...at home in my underwear is way better than the theaters. Not to mention, much cheaper.

More rain, hail, thunder and lightening last night so we had a pretty low key night. Tonight I'm planning on getting in a good workout and watching the season premier of Sweet Home Alabama on CMT - anyone else planning on watching this?
DH and I had a date night last night and it was a nice break. Lately it seems the work week is dragging on and on.
I never jumped on the Harry Potter train, so I have no idea if/when I'll ever get around to watching the movie. I think I'm one behind. (And no, I've never read the books.)

Last night was good. I went for a pedicure after work to one of my favorite spas. It was pricey, but they did an amazing job! And there's nothing like a cocktail while soaking your feet.
