i have over 60 emails to respond to. plus other work that is going to take a lot of energy. plus i have to run 8 miles. and bake 40 more cupcakes. and 40 more cookies. and pack and shower and make dinner and love on my husband.
i need two of me, please and thanks.
and i want it to be NEXT weekend so i can just sleep already!

Let me start again! I had my post all writen and my computer decided to shut down..
Yay tomorrow is Friday! The SOX are in town! We will be going to Sunday's game. Look for us on TV are seat will be front row center field 1 section over from the Ray;s tank. We might go tomorrow depending on if Greg gets out of work. The restraunt we work at is doing a bus trip tomorrow night to the Trop. So we will go if he is not working.
I have been buying my coffee every morning since I found out the bakery at the end of my street has my favorite flavor of coffee. I rIeally need to stop and get in the habit of bring my own again or making it at with with the pods (which I am out of right now). I wish I could just buy it in the stores but I have never seen it:(

Don't have much to say today. (Shocking i know). Weather was perfect yesterday so we opened up the windows. Love it! But it's supposed to be back up in the 90's tomorrow and hot and humid.
J leaves tomorrow morning for a weekend long bach. party up at a cabin. I'm looking forward to having the bed to myself. I'll miss him, but man, he is terrible to sleep with!
Having dinner tonight with some friends. Should be interesting. One of them was a BM in the wedding, but has basically stopped talking to me. Not sure why. I've tried email (personal and work), FB, etc. And she never responds. She'll reply to group emails. And she reply to FB postings from people who post before and after mine, just not mind. They way she is with our other friends makes it appear like she is blatantly ignoring me........My hormones have me angry and hurt with this friend. So it should be interesting. 2 other girls will be there though to make it better.
TN ate my post...it was long today too.

Our faucet is finally fixed after having to replace the older than old stainless steel pipes with PVC. yay!
We have no filters for coffee this morning. boo! DH just went to get some.
It is raining and my garden is growing.

Sofaking tired thanks to the run last night and the benadryl hangover. Even my contacts were a bother to try to pop in this morning so I wore my glasses. had a nice run last night with James and the dog, we left around 6:45pm not 8pm (hollah!); he ran 6.5 miles, I ran about 6.15 or something, I didn't want to run up a big hill since I did that earlier this week. I'm proud of him for becoming consistent with running and he's dropped a few pounds so far. I hope he keeps it up.
Today - work is busy for now...after work - going home and will grill some steaks, whip up some potatoes, vacuum and relax.
Jessie - sorry you're having anxiety, I'm sure E will be safe and have a great time. Have a strong cocktail or three.

Ahoy all. Tired as usual. Is it Friday at 5 yet?
Last night I went to Target to get more gym shorts. At home I ate, packed lunch for two days, dusted and vacuumed the top floor, did three loads of laundry, cleaned the powder room, packed my gym bag, and dusted the living and dining while MFD vacuumed the same.
We watched Rizzoli & Isles and I read in bed until after 11:30. I have not been getting enough sleep this week and I am totally dragging azz.
I did open all the windows this morning to air out the house a little. I hope it stays cool throughout the day but I'm not sure if it will.
Hair cut and color tonight, so my evening is shot. I might try to get to the Depot for a mirror since MFD wants to attempt to buy an electric chainsaw at the flea market instead of renting one on Saturday.
Mary, have you point blank asked this "friend" if she has a problem with you?
Jessie - eeeeeeeee. No advice or anything to say. Just sorry you're freaking.

To repeat... Like Moleson, our weather yesterday and today is absolutely beautiful! Windows open, birds singing.... Supposed to get hot again starting tmw. Whoo. Today I AM working on printing some resumes to send out... promise.
Also etching another platter and cutting some vinyl wall words for an order as well. I am excited to report that I finally got my etsy shop started (though nothing is up for sale yet). Thinking of trying to print some coupons offline today too now that I am officially connect to the internet at home. YAY for saving/making money!
Today I need to vaccum the whole house, do a couple loads of laundry to hang up on the line outside. That's about it for me, even though I probably forgot half the stuff I had in my first post. oh well.
Jessie- I don't have any advice really, except to think of it as a much appreciated break from mommyhood.

Shauni- Thanks in part to you and all your cookie posts, I have been craving them for a week now, but refuse to make any b/c I'll eat them all by myself. *sigh*

Well hello Thursday. I've been pretty busy lately. I started law school on Monday, it's a summer pre-law class but already so much work to do. I have three writing assignments due next week and a test on Monday...argh!! Our topic tonight is criminal law so it should be interesting since I love criminal law.
Moleson: Hmm...what is up with your friend. I would ask her what's wrong.
Jessie: Here's hoping E will be back soon.
Tara- Even though I'm not a baby expert I agree with Jess, he will be ok.
Yay for Thursday? So ready to get out of this place. I finally got more than 4 hours of sleep last night but I'll be so dang happy to be able to sleep in a bed again and not a reclining chair. Andplusalso, I love my husband and so glad he's doing better but good grief, he's a terrible patient (only to me). I finally snapped his head off last night and told him to walk out of the hospital if he didn't want to listen. He shut up then.
MIL from hell left last night. She's supposedly coming back Saturday. Not sure yet if we'll still be here or at my parents but either way, she's not invited back to my parents. His POS dad has not come to visit. His POS brother has not come to visit. I'm so over his family and so very thankful for mine. /vent

Jessie - E will be fine, but I get it now...I'm already panicking about leaving BabyQ overnight for our anniversary.
Tara - agree with jessie - Carter will be fine. It takes some getting used to, but remember that he's not as fragile as you think...we took BabyQ out the night we got home from the hospital (he had meconium issues too) and he's fine. Don't be afraid to let your momma bear come out if you don't want people playing pass-the-baby. Keeping him strapped in his seat usually helps ward people off too.
Em - Sorry for your sucktastic IL's. Glad you're DH is feeling better, even if he is being a big baby.
Productive day today...mucho errands run this am, including 2 banks, post office, mechanic, K's work (forgot his work keys) and staples. Got BabyQ down for nap and made huge bowl of pasta salad. Finishing laundry so I can pack for K and I. My goal is to have everything packed tonight so it'll just be pillows & toiletries in the am. We might (knock on wood) get off on time for once!
In other news, K waited too long to get the SUV inspected...and it didn't pass. Needs about $1K worth of parts/labor to pass...and a part that will take 2-3 days to get here from Florida. Sooo...no way it will be ready for our trip tomorrow. He decided to do the necessary work himself, so looks like we'll either be crammed in the pickup or traveling on the wrong side of the law. Oy.
Sadly, it's not at Fenway. The Sox are coming to Tampa. Tropicana field should be condemed. Fenway is great and everytime I go I feel like a little kid. I can't wait till we go home and visit and can take the baby.
Fenway is also great for a Sox/Yank's series sit in the blenchers.
Debdeb - I didn't know you'd enrolled in law school, congrats! I hope you have a great time with it.
Tara - I totally agree with Jessie, you should be fine. I'm sure your H is just nervous, after so recently going through such a tough time, and almost losing you. It makes a lot of sense that he's feeling very protective of you and Carter. Doesn't make it any easier that you're in between your H and your family, but at least it makes sense.
So, it's 3pm here, and this is the first time I've gotten online all day, so clearly it's been a busy day! Tired and want to go home now, kthxbai?

Sorry I'm late. I had my D&C at frigging 7am this morning. I hate waking up early. hahaha. Not be a baby but they stuck me like 4 times! They could find my vein supposedly but couldn't get anything in, and I woke up with some mysterious bruising on my arm...hmmm. Otherwise, everything went well and it doesn't hurt much.
Jessie - since I've never been in your shoes, I don't know how crappy that must feel. I bet she'll be ok though. Maybe you can use the time to get a alittle nasty with the man? yeah?
Mary - I've been on the miscarriage boards a lot and it seems that there are A LOT of girls who have experienced loss or had trouble trying to conceive and they have a lot of trouble interacting with people with babies. They are like 5 posts a day complaining about friends who post photos of babies and ultrasounds. I wonder if your friend is having the same issue? I think thebears was getting at this.
Tara - ugh, so lame to be put in that position. I hope you don't get to much flack, whatever you decide. My two cents, you should go. DH can't keep Carter in a bubble forever!
