Thanks to your recipe post, I've got a spice-rubbed pork shoulder in my crock pot at home right now. 
DH was so excited when he saw me preparing it last night, it was too funny. I can't wait to get home and try it!

I LOVE that stuff, and I honestly don't care for pork that much usually. It makes a ton, but freezes extremely well.
Are you making your own bbq sauce as well? I only make homemade now since I've tried a couple different recipes. It's so easy and it's nice to make just enough for whatever I need it for.
Let me know how it turns out!
I feel like it must be a really good recipe because I've had Southerners tell me it was really good bbq, lol.
