Please take a look at the menu for my work's fundraiser event. What do you think? Enough food, good pairings? Event takes place from 6 - 9 pm and tickets cost $25 and includes one drink ticket. We tried to balance menu with fillers such as breads and veggies and a few heartier items.
Station One - Lobby
1. Breads and Herb Infused butters and Herb Olive Oil
2. Baked Goat Cheese with pita breads and crackers
3. Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes
4. Puff Pastry with Apple Chicken Sausage
Station Two ? Near Fish Tank in Dining Room
1. Fresh Veggies with handmade dips (snow peas, radishes, cucumbers, mini rainbow carrots, etc. )
2. Bruschetta with tomatoes and Basil
3. Assortment of Sausages and sauces
4. Cheese Display and crackers ? (Fenel, Veggie, Smokey Jack, and Bacon and Medium Yellow cheddar)

Station Three ? Dining room where buffet tables normally go
1. Fresh Fruit and dips (or fruit salad)
2. Turkey Carving Station with fruit chutney
3. Kale chips
4. Fingerling Potato Dish (potatoes from local farm we are working close with and selling their cookbook)
5. Beets (same as potatoes)

Ice cream from local place

This menu looks delicious. I'd say it's really well balanced with flavors and textures. And it's really vegetarian friendly, too. Well done to you and your team!
Now, I'm looking at peanut butter and jelly lunch plans with disdain.
