I am deeply in love with Jordan Pond popovers! I got their pan as a gift and many mixes of theirs, but none taste the same as eating them on that front lawn.
Side note: My sister and I accidentally hiked around the whole pond (she was giving directions & a 1/2 hour picnic walk turned into all day), and those popovers made me not want to kill her. Magical. I want one now.
My mom has made popovers for years and I have recently taken up the mantle. They're not hard at all-- the most difficult part, really, is not opening the oven while they're baking, despite the delicious smell!
